The Marketplace Fudge and More began with a simple local idea: make fudge for the people around us. It grew into a family-run business, with retail, online, fair, and festival sales.
More than 300 flavors later.
Founder Kathleen Bishop shared that the business opened in 2012 after a first-place win at a chocolate event. The family has kept the heart of the work close: make small batches with care, keep dreaming up flavors, and share a little joy.
From chocolate classics to Key Lime, citrus, birthday cake, and wildly playful combinations, every batch begins with the same love of a good sweet treat.
